BreastScreen WA

BreastScreen WA undertakes screening for breast cancer, collects data from these screenings and maintains a database of all women in Western Australia of an eligible screening age. Statistics collected from the WA screening process are included in BreastScreen Australia’s national programs which aim to reduce the incidence of breast cancer in Australia through early detection.
