Downtime Reporting Service - Tronox
Tronox’s Chandala Processing Plant turns hundreds of thousands of tonnes of ilmenite into synthetic rutile every year. Zoodata has completely redeveloped their Downtime Reporting Service (DRS), which monitors machinery in the plant and reports when it stops working. The new system contains features requested by end users and continuously monitors downtime so engineers don’t have to. The end result? Port Call Register - Monson Agencies Australia
Monson handles more than 2,000 port calls a year – dealing with the management, accounting, and loading and unloading workflow for major shipping lines which dock in their ports. We were asked to upgrade Monson’s existing port call management system, the Port Call Register. While we kept it running around the clock, we added features, ironed out bugs, and improved stability.
